Youth Counselling in Vancouver & Across Canada

Youth Counselling

Youth counselling gives teens and young adults a steady, non‑judgmental space to talk about what they are going through, make sense of big feelings, and build tools to cope with stress, anxiety, low mood, and change. We work collaboratively with young people (and, when helpful, their caregivers) to understand what is happening at school, at home, with friends, and online, then find realistic next steps they can actually use in everyday life. Youth counselling can support concerns like anxiety, depression, school pressure, friendship or dating stress, identity questions, family conflict, and the impacts of social media or past experiences. We offer youth counselling through secure online sessions from Vancouver with some evening and weekend availability, so teens and young adults across Canada can access support around their school, work, and activity schedules.

How youth counselling can help

  • Provide a safe, confidential place for teens and young adults to talk openly without worrying about being judged or getting someone “in trouble.”
  • Help them name and understand emotions like anxiety, anger, sadness, or numbness, and learn healthy ways to cope.
  • Build skills for managing stress, perfectionism, social pressure, and conflict at home or with friends.
  • Support self‑esteem, identity development, and decision‑making during a stage of life that can feel intense and confusing.
  • Offer guidance for families on how to communicate, set boundaries, and support their teen while still respecting growing independence.
