In this free, 15 minute consultation, we will:


  • Listen to what’s been feeling hard or messy lately and give you space to talk it through.
  • Ask a few down-to-earth questions so we can understand what you’d like to be different going forward, and so you can get a feel for us and see if our therapists are a good fit for you.
  • Share how we work and what our sessions usually look like, in clear, everyday language — no jargon or pressure.
  • Help you decide whether working together makes sense and what a realistic next step could be.
     

No Pressure. No Commitment.


This call is simply a chance to meet, ask questions, and see how it feels to talk with us. You are not signing up for therapy, locking into a plan, or making any long-term commitment. You can take your time to think about it afterward, and you’re always welcome to say, “I’m not sure yet,” or “I need to wait.”
